This privacy policy applies to the EMBERTIDE game ("the Game"), published by Ionian ("we", "us").
EMBERTIDE is designed to respect your privacy. We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. Your game progress is stored only on your own device.
None that leaves your device. The Game saves your progress, settings, scores, and unlocked content locally on your device (browser/app local storage). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or anyone else. Uninstalling the app, or clearing app data, deletes it permanently.
We do not collect: names, email addresses, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers for tracking, or any advertising identifiers.
The Game may use the internet only to load and cache the game itself so it can run offline afterward. No personal data is sent during this process.
The current version of the Game contains no third-party advertising, no analytics, and no social or tracking SDKs.
The Game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data is collected or transmitted, the Game does not target or profile children.
Because we don't collect or store your data on any server, there is no personal data of yours for us to lose. On-device data is protected by your device's own security.
We may update this policy if the Game changes. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
